Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Shipping
All orders will have tracking numbers sent to you via email. Orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle.
Typical postage times for Australia:
Standard - 3 to 5 business days
Express - 1 to 3 business days
International - 7 to 20 days.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, delays are to be expected.
Returns
Here at Inlicio Collection, we take particular care in terms of packaging, but please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or incorrect. Please allow up to 48 hrs fora response to your request. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Inlicio Collection.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once items are returned, they will be inspected and you will be notified of the outcome of your request. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method if approved. Please be reminded that refunds can take time to reach your bank account once processed.
